| Not
everybody wants to rent, but we have set out
below the type of advertising material you can
use if you decide to rent your apartment after
completing the purchase, with an indication
of the rents you can expect in the various seasons
of the year. You must expect some negotiation
and the more flexible you are the more lets
you will achieve. Pick out the times of the
year you want to be in residence enjoying your
apartment and its wonderful surroundings and
earn money to cover your outgoings in periods
when you can't get away to sunny Spain.
There are agents locally who
can handle everything for you and clean the
apartment and wash the linen etc, with no worries
for you. They obviously expect a commission
and charge for cleaning etc, if you decide to
leave it all to them.

This ground
floor air conditioned holiday rental apartment
has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, full
marble bathroom, modern fitted kitchen with
fridge freezer, hob, oven, washing machine and
Microwave. There is satellite TV with Free-to-Air
channels including BBC1 & BBC2, a DVD player
(plays Music CD's and DVD's), a Video player
and a separate portable music system.
The Air conditioning is
provided by a powerful Panasonic unit concealed
within the ceiling void and providing cool air
to the whole apartment during those hot summer
days and nights. For those rare days in winter
when it is necessary the Air con units also
provides full heating throughout.
The lounge opens out onto
a lovely beach facing terrace which has its
own barbecue and a large fitted sunblind that
can be wound out to protect you from the harmful
UV while still enjoying the warmth and the balmy
breezes. The apartment has south-westerly aspect
and has wonderful views of the coast from Sabinillas
to Gibraltar, with Africa in the distance. The
urbanization is pleasantly laid out with tropical
gardens and a large swimming pool, there is
direct access to the beach. Parking for tenants
is through a security barrier.
Our client prefers not to let
to smokers and pets are not allowed. Families
with well behaved children are welcome. |
